What's a Time Capsule?
Everything your AI needs to know about your business, organized in one place: your systems, your documents, screen recordings of real work, and how long each task takes. We build it in about a month and keep it current.
What do we have to install?
A small app on your team's computers during onboarding, with their permission, so we can see how the work really gets done.
How does it plug into other AI tools?
It's built on open standards those tools already support, like MCP. Any AI tool your team uses, like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini, can plug into your Time Capsule.
What if it gets something wrong?
Every job is logged with a receipt, so you can review what it did. Anything that needs a human gets flagged to the right person on your team.
What does it cost?
A one time relocation fee covers onboarding and your Time Capsule. Then a monthly salary that starts once you're happy with its work. We'll give you a number once we understand your operation.
What happens if we stop?
The monthly stops and so does your AI employee. Your data is always yours.
